Ravenwood Packaging sell and distribute the comac 500 coating machine. This machine is specifically designed to efficiently manufacture linerless labels and surreys to the correct specification required for nobac applicators.

The comac 500 is constructed to a very high standard, it is designed to take printed master reels and make them ready for use on a nobac applicator.

The coater is of a modular construction allowing the application of multiple release and adheshive lines. This also alllows additional features to be added at a later date.

Various Line width from 3mm up to 25mm.
Nitrogen inerted silicone system.
Hot melt adhesive.
Master reels of 1m diameter.
Finished reels from 20m up to 250m.
500mm wide substrate.
