Ravenwood’s service department offers its linerless label suppliers and machine distributors a complete support package for servicing, spares and technical.
We have 6 field-based service engineers covering all four corners of the UK and rest of the World. This ensures that we can react to the immediate needs of our customers. And should the need arise, we offer a breakdown call-out service as and when required.
COATER SERVICING
We recommend that all Ravenwood Com500 coaters are serviced annually by Ravenwood’s certified engineers. Regular servicing ensures that the machine continues to operate at peak performance and that all approved materials – such as adhesives and release strips, are applied consistently and effectively. Annual maintenance also helps to identify and resolve potential issues before they lead to unplanned downtime, supporting long-term reliability, production efficiency and compliance with warranty conditions.

NOBAC SERVICING
We recommend that all Ravenwood Nobac applicators are serviced annually by Ravenwood’s qualified engineers. Regular servicing ensures clean, accurate and reliable label application in line with our Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) guidelines. This not only maintains optimal machine performance but also helps to reduce downtime, extend equipment lifespan and ensure consistent label presentation across all production runs.
Annual servicing also includes checks and adjustments to key components, ensuring they remain calibrated to Ravenwood’s specifications and compatible with our approved linerless materials. Maintaining a regular service schedule means that you benefit from expert support, genuine replacement parts and the latest software updates – keeping your applicator running at its best and safeguarding the quality of your finished product.

SAFE CONTRACTOR ACCREDITATION
We are pleased to confirm that Ravenwood Packaging Limited has achieved the SafeContractor accreditation. Our SafeContractor accreditation has been achieved following an assessment of the our health & safety documentation, and compared against the SafeContractor Charter Standards, which set out the health & safety standards required to achieve accreditation.

- Monday – Friday 17.00 until 08.00
- All day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
- Travel will also be chargeable and added per mile
- No part hours are charged for either labour or travel.
- All accommodation/flights etc. (if required) will be charged at cost per call.
