The Nobac 40, is the world’s first linerless promo flash labeller.

The Nobac 40 linerless promotional flash labeller labeller has been developed to replace self-adhesive flash labelling with a linerless technological equivalent. The design has been kept as simple and economical as possible whilst still incorporating high precision quality parts.

Supplied standalone or Integrates to a Nobac 5000 linerless applicator.
Applies flash labels to MAP packs to the top, side, or base of the product.
Line speeds reach 30 metres per minute.
Application speeds up to 130 products per minute.
Various mountings available.
Standard beak apply system with optional ‘blow down’ unit sustainable and cost efficient.
Rear mounted shaft housings are double bearing/bush cantilever cassette type giving greater shaft support and alignment and the rear fixings give the housings a cleaner outer finish (no counter-bores, cap-heads etc).
Label reel brake has a simple but highly effective tension adjuster fitted.
Label thread path and operator controls have been kept as simple as possible.
Transmissions are basic single belt driven stepper motor type.
Cutter blades are produced from high quality hardened stainless steel incorporating precision ground cutting edges.
Media size: 240mm diameter reel on 76mm core, 35mm to 40mm width.
Overall build is of a higher quality with greater tolerance components than that of a standard self-adhesive labeller.
Uses single phase power and air supply of *5bar 70psi 4cfm.
Power: 240v single phase, Digital PNP control.
